Happy Valentine's Day!

My sweet hubby got me a dozen roses, a stuffed German Shepherd (since I can't have a
real one where we are living) and another cartridge for my Cricut!! What a wonderful guy!!
I know, I know, I'm somewhat biased, but he is pretty awesome!

Fun frames!! I did the cars and Vroom with stamps from "Close to My Heart".
The stuff on the dog frame I cut out using my Cricut which my sweet hubby got me on our
1st anniversary.

"Grumpy"

This is my husband's pet corn snake. I call him "Grumpy"
as he strikes at everything in sight. He always thinks it's time to eat.
And no, I don't handle him - don't even touch him for that matter!
As long as he stays in his happy little home, he may live here.
But he and my husband have been warned, if he ever gets out and into my home it's "Goodbye Grumpy!"

Even more frames!

A few more frames! Whether or not I ever sell any I sure enjoy
coming up with ideas and making them!

Busy and cold!!

This week has been extremely busy so far. Late evenings at work. Then too tired to do much when I get home. I did work on 2 more frames last night. Am trying some different sizes and styles. I am working on a 4x6 one that is turning out quite nicely.
It is very cold here and I am glad that I work inside. The weather has been very strange here. It was so warm for a while, it was almost spring like, we even had daffodils with buds on them. None got the courage to bloom before the icy cold weather hit them. Hope they can hang in there until spring truly does get here!

Memory Frames

Finally, I have arrived in blog world.

I have entered the world of bloggers. This is totally new to me since I have always been somewhat computer illiterate :) I am learning though. Usually by trial and error. Thankfully, I have sisters who know anything I need to know, so I just buzz one of them and get the "tech support" I need! Dixie is at the top of the list since she has been into the computer thing the longest and most earnestly! Thanks for all the help, past present and future!!!
Well, now, a little about us. My sweet hubby Mike and I live in a small town in New Jersey. Yes, you read it right, New Jersey!! Of all the places in the world this was not one in which I ever expected to live. Everything you have heard about New Jersey is true, so don't bother asking! We both work for the same company which sometimes is a wonderful thing and other times not so wonderful.
We are starting the journey to our first child! And, no I am not pregnant! We are starting the looong journey of international adoption. We are both excited, and a little scared. It is a HUGE commitment of time and MONEY! We have applied to the Living Hope Adoption Agency and been accepted. We have been given our contract. The next step is to collect enough money to send the contract in. That may take a little while. I am sure you will hear more than you want of all the details as we go along!
